Penthouse in via Cassini

A couple of engineers, travelers and with a great taste for good living settles in a 1970’s penthouse and transforms it into an elegant and light-filled nest.

The project

The project involves the extreme expansion of the living area, through the demolition of partitions and unnecessary distribution spaces, enhancing the kitchen and the living room as comfortable and welcoming environments. The floors in oak strips in cumin-coloured with different widths run through all the rooms, including the bathrooms and kitchen, increasing the perception of the overall width of the entire house, flooded with sunshine.
Two full-height doors open and close the living room space.
The very spacious kitchen is designed to satisfy the culinary flair of the owner. Behind the wall of columns there is a laundry room.
